Delivery to a
different address

To protect against
Internet Fraud, we
do not deliver an order
paid by credit card to
a different address to the
card holder's address.

We also use address
validation software.

Satellite tracked
Most deliveries are also
satellite tracked to check
that the driver has
properly delivered to you.
A satellite photo of the
delivery at your address
is taken for security

Delivery instructions
We can ask our carrier
[not Royal Mail] to
deliver to a neighbour
but not to an address in
another street of town
unless we have already
agreed this with you.

We can also leave the
goods in a secure place
if you are not home -
please tell us.

If you want to have
your order delivered
to a different address
please contact us.

We will ask you to create
the order without making
payment.

We will then give you our
bank details to make
payment to our bank
account.

You will be offered one of
more methods - here is some
information to help you.

Our shop site will calculate
which services are available
for you and offer the choice.

The delivery cost is related
to the total weight of your
order.

We will e-mail you as soon as
your order is passed to our
delivery service.

Royal Mail

We use First Class mail where
your order is light enough.
Royal Mail does not
guarantee next day delivery
and it is possible that your
order could take several
days to arrive.

UK Mainland InterLink
Express Tracked

InterLink Express is a fast
secure major European
carrier usually delivering
the week day following
despatch from our shop.

Note: This does not
guarantee delivery the
day after you order even
though we try to to this.

UK Mainland ParcelForce
Standard Tracked

ParcelForce is a lower cost
service for the larger orders.
They take a day or two
longer than InterLink
which is why they charge
less.

If you want your goods as
fast as possible then you
should select InterLink
Express.

You can Collect your order
from our main shop in Bristol,
England - we will confirm
that your order is ready for
you.

The rest of Europe.

Royal Mail is not available
for all countries as we feel
we cannot always rely
upon this service.

You will be offered to have
a carrier service and we will
decide whether to use
InterLink Express or
ParcelForce.

These companies may pass
the order to the most
effective carrier in your
country.
